The 2019 ‘Doggies’ Awards

Vote now in the Doggies, our first awards for the brands and products we love!

Well the year is almost overā€”congratulations you made it! But before we head off into the sunset, to eat hot holiday meals on 40 degree days with our families, we should take a moment to pause, reflect, and marvel at how much money we spent on our dogs in 2019.

Obviously, no shade from us. We see spoiling pets as a rational and reasoned investment into the happiness of our family. Which is why weā€™re excited to announce the first annual Doggie Awards, celebrating our favourite brands, products, and purchases from the past 12 months.

Now, this is a big task, so we need your help in deciding who will take out the crown across the categories: Style, Accessories, Snoozing, Adventures, and Podcasts.

Voting closes on December 18 and winners will be announced on the 23rd, just in time for any (very) last minute Christmas presents. Vote below, and thank you for helping us make this the best (okay and first) Doggie Awards ever!

Style

There are few pleasures in life as pure as a well dressed dog. But we’ve come a long way from putting on a jumper and calling it a day. These stylish nominees have elevated their game with looks that will have you asking, “Umm, does this come in human sizes?”

Miso & Co

We respect a brand that understands deep down we all want to dress like our pets.

Mr Soft Top

Yes, we know we said that thing about dog jumpers. But that doesnā€™t mean we donā€™t still have a great deal of respect for a cool knit. Especially it itā€™s Mr Soft Top.

Fluppies

It’s halloween year round for dogs wearing Fluppies. Nothing fancy, everything fun.

Lavish Tails

These guys make more than just clothes, but we have a special place in our hearts for their elegant dog coats. They almost makes going out in the rain worth it.

Accessories

We’ll confess, fun dog accessories are a total weakness for us. We don’t feel too bad about it though. After all, you can never have enough bandannas, right?

Scout's Honour

Whether your mate is a Good Boy, a Sock Thief, or a Tug of War Champion, these guys have a patch to celebrate their
“unique skills.”

Growlees

Traditionally, dog tags donā€™t get much more creative than specifying a name and contact number. Which felt like a missed opportunity until Growlees came along.

Hunter and Hound

If your pooch is a little more refined, enjoys chewing dress shoes over sneakers, theyā€™ll probably appreciate these classic designs.

Coco and Pud

Coco and Pud have a lot on offer, but you canā€™t go past the designer toys. Who wouldnā€™t want to splurge on brands like Manalo Barknik, Chewy Vuiton, Stella Muttcartney, and Pawlenciaga.

Pinstapals

Dogs donā€™t deserve all the fun right? Take a break from spoiling them to pick up a pin (or three) for yourself.

Sleeping

If they had the option, most dogs would probably choose to sleep in our beds every night. But show them these options and they might trade you in.

Henley and Co

Some of these beds are so beautiful even non dog owners could feel tempted to pick one up.
