*Three months supply refers to three boxes of food. This isnât scalable for the size of a dog or multiple dogs.
Who is eligible for the prize?
 The prize will only be shipped to Scratch serviced areas (âVictoriaâ, âNew South Walesâ, âSouth Australiaâ, âTasmaniaâ, âAustralian Capital Territoryâ, ‘Western Australia’ and parts of but not the whole of âQueenslandâ).
When will the winner be selected and notified?
On 01/12/2020, Scratch Pet Health Pty Ltd will draw a winner at random as a game of chance. The winner will be notified by email within ten business days.
How will the prizes be received?
All the prizes, excluding the three month supply of Scratch food will be shipped together from Melbourne. The winner will be supplied with a tracking number.
To claim the three months of Scratch food the winner will be supplied with a code equal to a maximum of one box of Scratch dog food per month, for three months (âthree monthâs supply of dog foodâ. The recipe is of the winners choosing and may be changed during the duration of the competition prize period, like any other customer.
What information will be collected?
- Contact information, but only if you consent at the end of the survey. By default, you can enter your survey responses without supplying your name, email address or any contactable information.
- Usage information, such as how far you got through the survey and if you viewed other pages such as this Privacy Policy.
- Device and browser data used to access this survey. Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, device ID/MAC address, system and performance information, and browser type. If you are on a mobile device we also collect the UUID for that device.
- Information from page tags. We use first party and third party cookies and tracking services that employ cookies and page tags (also known as web beacons) to collect data about visitors to our websites. This data includes usage and user statistics.
- Log data. Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses, internet service providers, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system versions, device type and timestamps.
What will the data be used for?
Your email will be used to sign you up to our mailing list to receive weekly and monthly newsletters from Off the Leash. As well as occasional email updates on other Off the Leash projects. You are able to opt out of emails anytime using the unsubscribe link.
In the case of the winner, your email will be used to contact you about your prize.
Minors
Our services are not intended for and may not be used by minors. âMinorsâ are individuals under the age of 13 (or under a higher age if permitted by the laws of their residence). Scratch Pet Health Pty Ltd does not knowingly collect personal data from Minors or allow them to register. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from a Minor, we may delete this information without notice. If you have reason to believe that this has occurred, please contact customer support.

We can make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will identify the changes we have made on this page. In circumstances where a change will materially change the way in which we collect or use your personal information or data, we will record what changes were made on this page, and when.
